The Heart Gallery Panhandle Plains is not an adoption agency. If you’re looking for a partner to help you obtain a license, contact a foster care or adoption agency in Region 1 of Texas. For help choosing an agency to partner with your family, just send us an email.

Heart Gallery Panhandle Plains is a program under the umbrella of Community Partners of Lubbock, a 501(c)(3) public charity. All donations made to Heart Gallery Panhandle Plains are tax-deductible.

Yes, you can! Heart Gallery Panhandle Plains is a program under Community Partners of Lubbock. All donations made to Heart Gallery Panhandle Plains are tax-deductible and can be designated exclusively for the Heart Gallery or used by Community Partners of Lubbock to help serve children in the Heart Gallery.
