Harvey is spunky, silly, and lots of fun to be around. He is  intelligent and has a remarkable ability to memorize books. He loves playing with Legos, Pokémon, and his tablet as well as playing Sonic and Mario. Harvey is generally happy, enjoys playing with others and finds that “meat and bread” are his favorite foods, and a good chocolate donut with sprinkles was discussed as well! He also loves being a helper, likes all the blue colors, and loves himself some Orange Fanta! 

Harvey is  looking for a family who will love him and allow him to grow and thrive and have a successful future as part of a secure, loving family.
