“I am a smilemaker,” Isabella proclaims proudly as she prances around the room in her dress and sparkly shoes. Speaking of sparkles, her eyes shine almost as brightly as the jewels in her shoes. She also proudly proclaims that watching gymnastics on YouTube is a favorite pastime. In fact, when she is older she either wants to be a gymnast or a nail technician. Pink and purple are her very favorite colors and love is not too strong a word to describe her affinity for pineapple pizza.
