Nehemiah

Nehemiah is a respectful 15-year-old who is initially quiet and somewhat reserved. However, as conversation continued on to some of his favorite topics, he began to open up and smile a bit more, especially as we talked about his love of tamales. And he doesn’t just like to buy them, he likes to make them himself. He was proud of this skill. His answers weren’t long and his conversation was not lengthy, but there was an intriguing, quiet presence to Nehemiah that had one wanting to spend more time with him. When asked about his future, he would like to go to college or be a barber. Nehemiah needs a family who will give him a chance to trust and be loved.
